Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned for a full refund or exchange, this can be done up until 14 days from the date of delivery.  The product must be unopened, unused or unworn and should be returned in their original product packaging with tags or a refund cannot be issued.

A refund request must be sent 
  1. Via email (xmas@britishchristmasjumpers.com) or 
  2. By contacting us on  0845 299 6501.
  3. Please have your Order No to hand.

Below is a list of all items that have special requirements before a refund can be considered:
  • All goods will undergo quality checks, as they should be new, unworn and unused
  • If the vendor feels the need, they have the right to decline the refund request.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of the us receiving the product back to the address below; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to the merchant at your own cost unless the goods when received were notably faulty, in which case we will pay for the postage and send out a replacement
